To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
